EBP-Nor successfully hosted its second annual conference at Forskningsparken in Oslo on April 11-12. Over 100 participants from 21 different institutions around the world attended the conference.

Two of our EBP-Nor members have participated in two different panel discussions during the last week to communicate information about the EBP-Nor project to everyone who is interested.
Members of EBP-Nor will hold two workshops at Oslo Bioinformatics Workshop Week on the 11th and 12th of December, where you can learn more about annotation and comparative genomics. You will learn to use some of the more popular tools for creating genome annotations and validating them. In addition, the participants will learn comparative genomics analyses based on orthologous genes identified from the generated genome annotation compared to other species.
